At YS-Casting, process control begins as early as in the planning and development phase of the products. We support our customers to perform all required tests and inspections in a laboratory. According to customers and products’ special requirements, we insist on doing 100% functional checking according to the requirement, such as hydraulic pressure test, weight, and wall thickness checking.
Before packing and delivery, we pick parts randomly and check dimensions. Then label on the parts and put dimensional reports, chemical & mechanical reports, test spacemen into the packing box. We take kinds of individuation packing and anti-rust methods, according to products and customers’ requirement.
